“I try to create an inclusive work environment.”
Tania Cardenas

As a Product Manager for Automotive Aftermarket in Oak Brook, Illinois, Tania is responsible for wiper blades from development to commercialization.
Where are you from?
I was born in Chicago and raised right outside the city in Berwyn, IL. I love everything about Berwyn and am always happy to hear about it’s progress and development.

What specific moments or experiences you have had during your time at Bosch that have helped shape you as a person and leader?

Bringing the Hispanics@Bosch Business Resource Group (BRG) to the Broadview campus has been one of the best experiences during my time here at Bosch. My team and came together to plan how Hispanics@Bosch would rollout and what we would offer the Broadview community.
So far, we have been able to host multiple events to raise funds for various initiatives like Latino STEM Alliance and the Breast Cancer Research Fund. Most importantly we, and the rest of the BRGs, continue to work creating a more inclusive work environment.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
I love to travel and explore new places and eat food. I really like to go to National Parks and embrace nature’s beauty.
